Seiko watches and timepieces

Seiko is one of the oldest watchmakers around. The company was established in 1881 and has since that date made hundreds of thousands of people very happy with the superior products it creates. In 1913 Seiko made an impression on the world by producing Japan’s first wristwatch. Another notable achievement of the company is that it also created the world’s first quartz watch in 1969. Other accomplishments the company can boost about include that being the official timekeeper for a large range of international sports events for more than four decades. In 1964 Seiko watches was the official timekeeper of the Tokyo Olympic Games and has also been the official timekeeper at other events. Seiko is a supporter of athletes and sport spectators all over the world and takes pride in its ability to share moments of intense excitement with these people. Seiko’s goal in the making of all its timepieces is to combine flair, refinement and technological innovation to come up with amazing watches that function great and look fantastic. The company continually explores new possibilities in functions, forms and designs with each new watch it releases. Seiko watches come in three platforms: Seiko quartz, Seiko Kinetic, and Seiko Spring Drive.
